Lensbaby Rose Transatlantic Geeky CSS ‘white flash question’ Bokeh Wednesday

Lensbaby Rose Transatlantic Geeky CSS ‘white flash question’ Bokeh Wednesday, originally uploaded by s0ulsurfing.
OK, to explain the Transatlantic geeky CSS white flash question?
The background to this is that i’m trying out a new format* for this site, and i’m seeing white flashes when navigating between pages here in the UK, but a few people i’ve asked in the US aren’t. My server is hosted in California, so there is some sense in it being related to line speed (the theory put forward by GPP support team).
I’m not convinced about that myself, i think its something that i must be able to correct in the CSS (and i think it might be some part of the wordpress theme that is loading a once discarded background colour choice) , but a bit of world-wide testing would really confirm or deny the speed theory.
So If you have a minute, please could you let me know if you are seeing a brief ‘white flash’ when you navigate between pages and where in the world you are? Line speed (ie; 8mb broadband, dial-up, lease-line etc ) would be cool too, but i know i’m pushing my luck!
If that all sounds a bit complicated and tiresome, please just enjoy the rose picture
=======update======
Thanks to everyone on flickr who took the time to help on my geeky white flashes question, it’s a massive help as there is no way i could test like that without you and its really appreciated.
it’s still a bit of a mystery really as the vast majority viewing it so far are ok, and there are only three locations seeing the white flash, Isle of Wight, New Zealand & Sweden (once) somewhat backing up the line speed theory (the server is on the west coast USA). But it’s also working properly for me now (no flashes) with Google Chrome and Safari, but not with Firefox and IE. So, i’m back to thinking maybe it has still got something to do with CSS after all?
Flight of the Bumblebee, Lensbaby remix
Shooting these guys was a real challenge with the old manual focusing lensbaby 2.0, but the harder it was the more rewarding it felt to actually get the shot i had in my minds eye.
I just checked the exposure of this and the last shot in lightroom, it says 1/250 for this one and 1/400 on the last, but the wings are more blurred on the last one and frozen here! Both were taken with the lensbaby using the f5.6 aperture ring. So i can only guess it has a lot to do with….
1. The strength, direction and angle of light
2. The speed at which the wings were beating at the time.

3. Your suggestions?
